Family sessions are best captured when children are having fun! Often times as parents, we have that immediate reaction while taking photos of our kids that goes something like:
“Okay now smile! Look at the camera! Say cheese! No, not like that – a real smile!”
Does that sound familiar? Because even I do it 😅 When I’m snapping quick moments of my two kids on my cell phone, it’s just habit. But let me tell you, sessions and smiles are captured so much better when they’re natural. When the kids are free to be themselves for a minute, and run or play and act a little silly. Trust me, in a few years when you look back those photos are the ones you’ll cherish most ❤
